Episode 21: "Courage Cappy"
Despite having a happy hamster life and
being loved by his owners, young Cappy feels restless and decides
to leave home. He starts hanging around Boss’s house and romanticizing
about the free and solitary life of a field hamster. This worries
the Ham-Hams, particularly Boss.
The ham-gang ponders whether or not they should just let Cappy experience
being a field hamster or talk him out of his plan. They decide to
plead with him to return home and even though he fears being scolded
by his owners, he finally agrees with the hamsters.
In the meantime, Laura goes to visit Kana to apologize for tearing
a drawing, but Kana is not angry at all, and Laura soon realizes that
Kana’s anger was all in her head. Both Laura and Cappy learn
an important lesson about friendship.
